Abstract

|
A variety of ocular manifestations of myasthenia gravis have been described previously. We report a 22-year woman who was confirmed as generalized myasthenia gravis. She presented bilateral gaze-evoked nystagmus resolved by pyridostigmine injection which is a rare clinical manifestation in the patient with myasthenia gravis.
